Prayer & Deliverance Request
At Mack Mentality, we believe that God is still healing, restoring, and setting His people free. Whatever you may be facing, you do not have to walk through it alone. It is our honor to stand with you in prayer, believing God's promises over your life and trusting Him to move according to His perfect will.
Deliverance Ministry
If you are seeking deliverance ministry, we ask that you complete the attached Deliverance Request Form in its entirety and send to mackmentalityryr@gmail.com. This confidential form allows our team to prayerfully prepare and minister to you with biblical wisdom, discernment, and care. Once your completed form has been received and reviewed, a member of the Mack Mentality team will contact you to discuss the next steps and schedule your deliverance appointment.
